bad tuning and no way of getting better

got a dilema. mods in sig except im using an M5 nozzle for alky. i cant remember what my commanded AFR is in the Base PE but either its 10.5 or 11.3. i did a 15mph roll with the outside temps ~70*F.
my IPWs were averaging 18mS all the way from 1st to bottom of 3rd gear. timings set at 19-20*. i zeroed out my PEvsTime table to prevent the pcm from adding fuel, eddie IIRC zeroed out my AFRvsRPM a while back. top of 2nd gear in the 10-10,500hrtz range i get 2-5* of KR going into 3rd gear. my o2s via NB were between 980-995mv

my WB is 10.0 and richer on the PLX wb. my AE enrichment i have increased from 75-80% at 130.33, 80-90% 132.33 and 90-100% at 135.33. the stock values is 128.33.

a few nights ago, i ran virtually KR-free with less fuel at 20* but WB was showing 10.0 and richer, then the day after when i ran at the track i got tons of KR and WB still displayed me being rich. bare in mind the O2s were still in the 980+ range.

what am i doing wrong with my tune? im about to turn off the alky controller and tune w/o it and see if i can do better. however i did try tuning w/o it and i could only run a 3.0/3.1 pulley with only 16* of timing at ~11.2, any more timing added i get knock, even if i add more fuel i still knock:th_shakinghead2:

sorry for the long tech-story but i wanted to let out as much detail as possible. if u can help and/or give some advice i'd appreciate it:th_nervous::th_peaceout:

That looks way too rich for alky. What percentage are you running? Standard washer fluid? I think you may need to pull your commanded AFR back to 11.8. I've found out that too much fuel like that will cause it to knock a bit at the top of second. And you may want to look at your spark settings at the shift points, it could just be you're making enough power to cause the pcm to pull some timing at shifts. Long story short, you gotta bring the fuel down, you aren't doing yourself any good putting more into it, and the alky setup should pretty much take care of any intake temps that could cause kr with a 3.0 pulley.

standard -20 washer fluid. i'll adjust the base pe to 11.8. should i also revert the ae enrichment back to stock?

I've got mine at stock, not saying you should or anything...but you should know if it's going to work by the time you get to 75% throttle. Just starting off, I'd put the controller to come on 100% at 2 psi.

hmm what do u mean 100%? i'll have it turn on at 2psi. right now the MAX PSI is set all the way to the max, which is at 15psi.

Turn the max knob at 2, that way it comes on fully 100 % when it kicks on...then once you get your fueling back on track, you can scale it back to whatever you want it to be.

That's just how I dial it in, that way if you lean it too much, then it will take care of part throttle kr and fuel issues. I usually have my MAX on the boost controller set to about 8 anyway.

hmm ic, so set the psi at 2psi as well as turn on point at 2psi, so it'll be spraying at max load correct?

Correct. That way you start off full power, and then you can start to back off a little on the progressive to adjust it to come on full when you hit about half of your max boost pressure. You know that you're rich now, so this is where you start to lean it out. I've gotten mine as lean as 12.2 AFR on the wideband before I put it back to 12.0.

ok, i'll start by doing that, at the same time adjust the commanded base pe to be 11.8 and revert the AE enrichment back to stick(just recently changed it and no ill-effects).
