back windows won't roll down 2002 grand prix

Neither of my back windows will roll down. The rear driver side has been that way for a while but the other one just stopped working today. You can hear the motor working and everything but nothing happens...... what could be the problem??
 


Sounds like you need new motor/regulators. Common problem. Order from RockAuto or Advanced online and use a discount code from Retailmenot.com
