Back wheel is very loud over bumps & cracks

My back right wheel is very loud when going over bumps and cracks in the road. I could be mistaken but it seems to be getting louder with time. Also I should mention that I have no way of confirming that it is indeed the back right wheel, but that is the area where the noise is coming from. I should also mention that I had a body shop patch weld my rear strut towers about 3 months ago because they were pretty bad so it could be that something was not assembled correctly?

I am not too familiar with the rear end of the car so I don't know what might be loose or causing this problem. Any suggestions of what to look for? Thanks in advance.

First thing I would do is jack it up see if you have movement on the wheel, if so it's a hub assembly. If not, let it down and see if the strut is loose top or bottom.
