This stuff is ingenious. Not.

Does anyone have a clue how to clean it up? AFter a year of having this car I am through with looking at it. The last owner said it fell down, exploded, and it is all over the headliner, is there a way to get rid of or at least reduce the brown spots on the ceiling??
