Are these mud guards ugly?

Just got these today from GM, they were sold out of mud guards with Grand Prix or Pontiac written on them so I settled for the logo. However now I think it just might make my car uglier. Thoughts?

I might return them, I don't know, I tried lining them up while in the bags and it does seem like the logo shows too much after installation.

I have the same flaps but with "Grand Prix" text.

They were badly raped by snow/ice over the winter. Now they just chill/hang.
