are there any 97-03 style heated side mirrors ?

They don't have to be from a 97-03 car as long as they will bolt up. If I can't find a heated mirror in the same style, then are there some exotic style mirrors that will fit?
 


I'm pretty sure they have to be made from existing mirrors. Maybe someone else will chime in

Yea your going to have to get custom and probably cut down a heated mirror to do this. Now the effort and time probably isn't worth it even if it does work out.
 
I am fairly sure theres a ford windstar mirror out there with a turn signal on it that some guys used. Likely it's also heated. I'm not totally sure though because I've never tried to do this swap.
 
I have found a heated Caddy mirror that will bolt up, but I don't like the style of it. You are probably right, might be able to cut down the Caddy mirror to get the good stuff out of it, but modding the GP mirror looks like a winter project.... If it's worth doing.

Cool! I had envisioned something much more complicated. Can this be done without taking the glass off of the GP mirror mount? Will the whole assembly come out if I remove the two screws on the bottom? Or do I have to take the glass off to install the heating element?
