So I decided I want to make my gtp stand out a little more and look a little nicer. I have a 98 Daytona in medium gulf blue, already have blue back bumper Pontiac inlays, dark tints, dual tips when I got my new mufflers. I'm not sure wht else I should do. I was thinking painted brakes n calipers, not sure wht color. Was thinking medium golf blue to match my car. But can't think f anything else, anyone got suggestions??
 


If you have the roof rails ditch em. That will get everyones attention.
Then give them to me. :D
 
Haha almost bought them twice, but the 200$ tag made me change my mind. But I would like them...was thinking magnaflow resonator for better sound with my magnaflow mufflers, calipers, maybe roof rails, can't think if anything else.
 


ya im in a toss up between red and blue....im torn :( its just nothing on my car is red..... Only med gulf blue, white, and black. And nope no roof rails on 98's iirc. would like them however.
 
Ya I know just want to make it look more sportier. If that's possible. Was thinking the slp spoiler that's on 00 Daytonas. Not
the whale ones tho. And idk how much it would cost to lower.
 


Look for DNA springs on Ebay... they've got good reviews from several on this forum.

Buy the rails, they really set a look.

Tint the windows, words can't explain the difference tint makes.

Blue Calipers to match the body, any other color would be odd or overplayed.

SLP2 spoiler would look nice, but keep in mind, it will require you to fill holes in the deck lid and drill new ones... and you have to paint it to match too.

Consider finally a SD front lip painted and installed, will give the front a slightly lower/wider look without dropping the car.
 
... Also... wheels. Even if you opt for the Pre-gens with the wider stance, anything that sits further out than the factory offset wheels will give a sportier look, then you add the custom look from the wheels and if you go 17s or 18s it can really make a difference.

Hit up craigslist in your area, most of the time you can find a nice deal with tires too for cheap. Just make sure the bolt pattern is right and the central bore is 73mm, most aftermarkets are, but some still.

i mean if you are going to do blue you would have to get a blue thats really close to the color of your car otherwise it will look dumb. red brake calipers are just the way to go. they look good on any sporty car.
