Anyway to tell if I have a custom tune?

I am wondering if there is anyway to tell if my car has a custom tune? I have heard that they "shut down" at low 140s and I have had my car to just shy of 150 it also. The trans seems a little odd from time to time but always holds tight in any gear even when its acting up. The last thing I have noticed is it stalls to around 3000 rpm when I go to launch it. This is the only LS4 car I have been able to drive like it was intended to be driven so I have no idea if its all normall or not.
 


The GXP's speed limiter is alot higher.

I would advise against ever going that fast. 4th gear at those speeds is just asking the transmission to explode. And you've likely reduced its life to some sort.

And a 2500-2800 stall is likely what the car has.
 
Thanks guys, I wasn't sure about those few things. As for reducing trans life, as long as the case is still good I will just build it the was it should have been. Sorry guys I'm not comfy building a trans for anybody other than myself.
