I got a universal T-Handle shifter knob for my gp. I got it to fit but ran into a problem. With the plastic tube thing down that allows you to shift out of park when you apply the brake as well. With that all the way down when I turn the car of I can't take the key out of the ignition. I found the brown wire went to part of the ignition. Didn't try any other wires. Does anyone know if there is a way to bypass this so you can run an aftermarket shift knob?
