• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

anyone ever used this wax before?

I never used it and read on other places that it is more of a marketing point. I have used the new meguiars ultimate wax and so far I like that as an over the counter wax.

only reason im looking at this one is that its got something in the wax that fills in the swirls and minor blemishes on black paint. my camaro is FULL of swirls and wanna try and get some of them out

Eagle One/23 oz. spray NanoWax (754568) | Wash, Wax and Interior Care Products | AutoZone.com

I love this stuff, Eagle One Superior Nanowax, it makes my swirls and small scratches disappear for the most part, and it goes on really really easy. I can do my whole car in under 15 minutes. It literally is just spray and wipe to spread it around. It looks great, deep deep shiney mirror black, and it lasts what seems like forever.

I waxed in the end of October to protect over the winter and I was still beading into late January, although by March the beading was kinda gone. That was just 1 coat though, right now I have 3 coats of wax on over 3 weeks and it looks great.

My whole routine is like this:
-Wash with Meguiar's Deep Crystal (wont strip the wax, if I wanna strip the wax I just use Dawn.) And towel dry
-Claybar with Meguiar's Clay Kit (Only twice a year, first wash/wax after winter, and the last one before winter)
-Wax with the Eagle One
-Meguiar's Quik Detailer to finish (I cant say how great this stuff is, if the car is just a little dusty or dirty and I dont wanna dedicate to a full clean, this stuff wipes so clean and then it adds and even deeper shade of color to the wax, it looks incredible on my black...and it smells like cherries)
-Meguiar's Spray Tire Shine for the nice wet black tires (It really does last through a few rain storms, but not crazy long)

The quik detailer comes in the box with the clay kit, but Im running out of it cause I use it by itself too, so I might buy a seperate bottle since my clay bars are still alright.

But this routine gets me compliments from strangers regularly on how deep black and reflective my car gets :th_winking:

Edit: My car didnt have this done to it yet in my avatar, it's much better looking than that pic after I do this.

we used it on our school drag car thats a black firebird and it did a hell of a job i thought if i had time id get it and try in on my gp and price isnt bad considering if u add up multiple maguires products or whichever

well finally went out and bought the black box kit, and lemme say it works amazing. my front driver side fender had stone chips all over it and the wax is designed to fill them in and did just that. this was just a wash and wax. still need to get a clay bar and do the car.

anyways here are some pics of the results.
