not to side track but thats stupid how states consider wrecks to be "no fault" people have to pay for other peoples accidents/failure to obey the law

I say we have it in the center of the state. Its only a 3 to 4 hour drive from any part of IA to the center. I hope that works for you blue, and late summer works better for me and if we get serious now that gives time to find a place to meet up and give people time to get off work.
