I randomly get this code 0480 anybody know how to fix it?

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0480 sounds like the relay for the fan took a dump, its in the fuse box under the hood. theres a fuse map on the inside of the fuse box lid.

Hey man looks like we have something in common, was Scotty right? Honestly that's where I'm gonna start, if not that then the fan motor likely crapped the bed.
I have noticed at idle the temp creeps up unless I turn the AC on which brings on the secondary fan. Been playing this game for months, look down to see it's already hot n yell #$@& I forgot to turn the AC on
