Anybody else have belt/pulley chatter with MPS?

All pulleys, including complete tensioner assembly have been replaced along with the belt itself. Belt is stock length on a 3.6 MPS pulley. Car has ran without belt free of chatter. As soon as the belt is put on, that b*tch squeals. It'll warm up and eventually get quieter after 10-15 mins of driving. Embarrassing enough driving the Prix around itself, but add the noise and :th_sign-holysheep:. There seems to be a tiny bit of play with the 3.6, anybody ever try longer screws?
 


I have a smaller belt but with the old tensioner it was impossible to fit, but I might try again with new assembly. THX.
