Any tips for changing orifice tube in AC system? (low side pressure too high)

I picked up a 1998 GTP and the AC cools just a little bit so I threw the gauges on it. My low side pressure is around 100 PSI (way too high) This isdicates some blockage from what I have researched and the first thing to check is the Orifice tube. I hear it is in the line under the brake booster. Can it be done without removing the brake booster? Any other tips?
