i just got my car back from having the trans rebuilt again, and now the shift interlock doesnt seem to want to work. The PRDNL display on the instrument cluster doesnt show the orange tab under the gear your in, and there is no "CLICK" when the brake is applied. When i put pressure on the button on the shifter i can hear a click up in the steering column area but the button will not push in. I can get it in gear with the emergency lock button next ti the shifter, but not when applying the brake. Just curious if anyone has any input as to what this could be, im lost. bad shift interlock solenoid?
