Any How to's - Change the Blower Motor Resistor and the Dual Climate Controls

I am going to put a new blower motor resistor on my sons car. Any how to's on this web site for a 2003 Grand Prix GT? Only picked up the car yesterday so have not had much time to get familiar with it. I am also thinking about changing the dual climate controls as I think the AC switch has had it? Any how to's on changing that out?
 


The socket sizes you will need are 7mm and 5.5mm. Usually found in 1/4" drive. It's not super hard, kinda a pain location. My neighbor kid did hers. She's 17 and knows zippo about cars.
