Any experience with these ebay projectors?

It's a topic that's been beat to death before. They aren't the best quality projector so the light output isn't that good. You'd need to install HID's to make them okay but the better option is to retro-fit good projectors into the stock housings for the best light output.

I bought similar halo projectors from Ebay and they were junk. Cheap plastic mounting brackets broke, light output was worse than stock, and the clear plastic lens began peeling and clouding within weeks. I switched back to oem style from Amazon and never looked back. Waste of money imo.

I tried some vvme HIDs in new amazon stock housings in my old 97. They sucked and burned out ballasts quickly. poor product and lighting was spotty.

I never wanted to spend the money on my 97 but went ahead and spent the $500+ on classy's retrofits projectors for my 02 gtp. All I can say is wow. I drive 50 miles to work through mountains and some of the worst deer country collision highways in my whole state. The projectors really focus the light and control it well. So far the morimoto hid kit has lasted longer than the VVME kit.

When I ride in other vehicles I can't believe people can even see at night.

^ This.

Projectors are the best money you can put into a GP. They make night driving enjoyable.
