Antifreeze Pooring Out Of 2001 GP 3.8

I can't see exactly where this is coming from. It appears to be dripping down onto the rim of the oil pan on the drivers side then on down. At first glance it would look like it is coming out of the pan itself but the quickly you can tell that it is dripping from above it.

Anyone have any ideas what is right above the that area of the pan that would have antifeeze flowing through or flowing over it? Is there a sending unit down there? By-Pass hose of some sort?

Thanks.

Gp up top and look. Could be head gaskets, intake gaskets, anything. Gots to look to find it. Maybe you'll be lucky and its just the t-stat housing seal, mine was bad after a recent rebuild and it leaked badly after warmup.

It's often a gasket on the top end that has gone bad. Have a good look at these areas...

1) front and rear of the engine just above the valve covers around the fuel inectors (when intake gaskets go bad, coolant usually pools there)

2) Look at the bottom of the throttle body for coolant leaks (there is a small passage for coolant at the bottom of the stock throttle body)

3) look at thermostat housing for any signs of leaks

4) Check all the coolant hoses. Don't forget the 2 hoses at the back that lead to the firewall.

Good luck.
