• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Another New guy from Florida

How bout that 2 guys that live about 20 minutes apart signed up in a matter of days.

Anyway, I am now the owner of a 2002 Grand Prix GTP. black on black.
I'm going to be straight up and honest, from what i've seen you guys seem to be a tight knight group just like my other board. The car i had before this was a 2000 Saturn Sc. It's been awhile since i've been considered a "noob" but it looks like i'll fit right in. The main reason i bought the GTP is so i could have a reliable daily driver while i work on the Saturn.

That doesn't mean that i'm not going to touch the GTP though...I'm very interested in the potential that these cars have. I'm mainly going to be interested in an exhaust, springs/struts, intake, and maybe a few other upgrades just to make it mine.

i'll leave you pictures of the Saturn

I bet that Saturn was fun to zip around in.

Anyways welcome! Look around for a while and you'll find good starter mods. I wouldn't worry about the exhaust for a while, the stock stuff flows pretty good. Unless you like it loud and raspy.

Well I got to looking at the SLP cat-back and it sounds amazing. I want to try and keep things simple. One thing that you will get to know about me, I do things right the first time at the expense, no short cuts.

And you better believe it is a fun car. It can take some mean cars with out any complaints. And to be honest I'm betting that the car as is could out run most of the stock gtps here in a straight line and then obliterate it in the corners.

But hey, its not as fun to tinker with than a supercharged 3800. And the saturn serves a different purpose, I made it to be a fun car.
