Another new dude. Looking for advise

Hello all,

Looking for advise from fellow GP owners. I have a Fiero with a sbc and a manual trans planning a 4t65e swap this winter. Yes I know I'm in a GP forum but I know where to go for good advise we have some very fast GP out here. I'm looking for advise on upgrades and best years to use to hold the 550 V8 hp. Do I really need an HD or just an E. Thanks for any good advise..

well your SBC wont bolt up to your 4t65e so you can stop right there lol.

Sorry, I sould have noted but most v8 Fieros use an adapter plate to mate it to the 2.8 v6 bolt pattern same as the 3800, th125, 4t60, 4t65e and so on

Does this work in the opposite direction?
