Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Hi guys, I have a 2000 Grand Prix GT 2-door. It's got 147k miles and has a few issues I'll be working and looking for help in the forums. I'll be sure to try and search before asking :)

It's my daughter's car and she moved across the country. My goal is to get all the little things wrong fixed so I can sell it for more than scrap.

my suggestion do a look over and see if its leaking any were and replace gaskets were needed do an oil change check tranny fluid make sure its still red and sell it dont expect more then a few thousand though

Welcome Ken... since you are looking to flip it. I'd leave a few minor leaks alone. Most of these cars leak at the valve covers and oil pans. A buyer will expect that. The time/effort vs return would be minimal.

Toss up the issues and maybe we can help you fix them up with low costs to maximize your returns.

Thanks, guys. Yeah I'm only planning on doing a few repairs to turn a $1k car into a $2.5k car. Any repairs I do above that break the cost/benefit ratio for me.

Biggest are the window regulators, major power steering leak, screwed up ignition lock, and finding the right clips to hold the interior door panel on. I think I'm on track to get all that done without too much sweat.
