Analog to digital DIC

I'm considering buying this Grand Prix GT Digital Driver Information Center DIC 24 | eBay from a '99 GT. Is this plug and play in my '01 GT which has the analog DIC? If not, is there a good guide out there (preferably with pictures)? I've read a couple posts on other forums and it seems there may be some wire splicing involved depending on model year.

You are correct sir on the wire splicing. I did the HUD install and the DIC install as well, both of which went in without issue in my 02'. Let me see if I can find the diagram.

Ironically I'm in the process of switching my D.I.C. to the digital and just discovered I have some splicing to do for my 00' GT...DAMMIT!!!!!!
