So ordered an abundance of parts of Amazon for my future bag setup and all of them came in today! Yay!.. go to pick up the Dorman Sway bar box... hmm that pretty light(as in empty light!) Called Amazon to inform them of the situation and they pulled up my account then said they would ship me a new one and it will be here by Thursday! Amazing customer service!

This had to have happened at the FedEx distribution center or on the truck because my roommate brought the box in right after the driver knocked and left.

Yep some driver is prob like what is this on the floor? Lol I mean if your the driver and you pick up a f-ing box that big and it's clearly empty and looks open why would you just leave it and not go back to the truck to see if it's in there or back to the plant to bring it to your boss or something

It was clearly cut open bc it was sealed with that tape with the thread in it and it's perfectly cut.. plus the bag with all the bushings and bolts is missing as well so it didn't just fall through the hole in the top lol

Shipping companies this days seem to care less and less about peoples ****. I had so many items lost or damaged these last few months. Hell ups guy comes by a few days ago and drops off something my dad order for his semi... (Very expensive) I might add well I was here I hear him pull up just leaves the package on the door doesn't bother to ring the door bell or anything to least inform someone that it's delivered and there's clearly 2 cars parked outside. Thankful I was here. Amazon customer service is pretty amazing and they're fast at correcting the issue.

Ya I'm lucky I bought it through Amazon cause they handled the situation immediately... they prob were like hmm this guy just spent 400 bucks so it's whatever lol.. I even asked if they needed a picture of the box and the lady said no she trusts me lol this will not make me hesitate from buying from them again as I know they will correct any problems quickly that might arise in future purchases

^ This is true.. plus Prime is amazing lol.. even though they are raising the price of Prime soon.. it's still worth it.. I would have spent nearly 90 bucks for shipping all these parts

Everyone in my family uses my aunts prime. It has like 10 credit cards attached to it so if it gets hacked its good game.

I use my sisters I don't order enough things to buy my own acct lol.. I'm patient anyways but can't beat 2 day shipping.

Ya plus it's only like 25 or something for Students lol mine is going up to like 45 for the year once they change the price.. but normally is will go from 79 to 99.. but it's still not that bad
