Does anyone know if there's a write up on how to replace an alternator? Just total write up from start to finish

It's super simple. Remove the belt. Unplug the alternator. Remove the bolt with the little wire attached to it. Remove the couple of bolts holding it to the bracket and all that good stuff. Remove. Put on new alternator. Put all bolts in proper area. Re-install belt. Enjoy electricity. It shouldn't take you more than half an hour. Honestly. As mentioned, easy peasy.
 
It's much easier for us to give you a write up if we know what year you are driving and if it's modded.

Without that info, we can give you the wrong one or tell you it's easy. Or since I'm cool, I can cover both.
