Would you go back to have it fixed with these numbers?

First caster/caster/toe is front and second camber/toe is rear and thrust angle is well... thrust angle.
 


Toe is adjustable, caster usually not. But before chasing anything further for that slight pull to the right, swap the front tires (if they are not directional or back to front if they are) to make sure it isn't the tires causing the pull.
I wonder why they couldn't get the front toe better balanced? Go with the camber you got. I'm running ~-0.7 on the fronts and ~-1.5 backs after a strut job with no tire wear issues.
