• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

air springs

the link works, but those aren't exactly meant to handle a loan.

those are supposed to be assist bags, like drag bags. you put them in the inside of the spring and when inflated it keeps the springs from moving so much. they also wouldn't work with our suspension style because the strut is in the way for where they mount (inside of the spring).

what are you attempting to do with this stuff?

I can use those drag bags, hook me up lol!!!

Or go with what Bill said or the W-body springs, they will work.

Use a 15mm gear wrench to take the strut out, makes life easier.

a bike rack plus bikes weighs, what...150 pounds full loaded? that's typically less than a passenger in the back seat.

i wouldn't even worry about it.

when we load the bikes on the car with a trunk mount bike rack it sags, the truck mount rack is lighter, so I am sure the receiver mount would do the same thing.

Yeah, I sometimes forget that people don't think like us.

If this was my situation, I would just get the lift springs from w-body store. I read of people installing them and tossing two 15" subs in the rear with no sag.
