Air intake differences 05 vs 06+?

Look in the right/upper corner and you can see the metal bracket that i drilled a hole and bolted it to the front of my car and how it connects to the filter to hold it up. (you could put it below it to push it up but i didnt cause that is where i put the pcm) ill post a better pic soon
 


That is fascinating. I can dig it. A little paint wouldn't hurt if you're keeping it on top, but I dig it just the same.
 
ya going to paint the maf housing. and got to order some of the rubber cupplings that r red cause you cant paint rubber like that :(
