Air conditioning fan won't turn off

Fuel For The Soul
So in my 05 GP, I have the regular climate control not dual digital climate control and my fan never actually turns off. It's not like some people where it keeps blowing after you turn the car off and you have to pull the fuse. It's just if I have the fan speed set to off, it still blows a little. Is this normal or is it an easy-ish fix? I'm going to the yard tomorrow for some other random stuff and I could pick up a new climate control panel thing if that's the problem? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
 


can you feel it blowing when the cars parked, or only when the fan is off and driving?

im thinking it maybe letting in air from the vent side, if its only when moving.
 
Just went and checked. It does only do it when moving and it's off. So if it is letting air in, what do I need to get?
 
honestly, i don't really know, i just thought i'd ask, because some of my older cars did this all the time if the a/c or heat was off, a little outside air always seemed to come out of the vents.

it could be a a blend door or something else not sealing off under the dash.

sorry, i have no definitive answer.
