Air Conditioning blows through vents and then to floor.

My air conditioning blows very cold. It blows hard through the vents and out of nowhere and for no reason it will blend to the floor. then sometimes it comes back to the vents all on its own. i could be cruising on the freeway with CC on and it will change whenever it wants. Is it an actuator or a vacuum issue?

I searched everything air conditioning on here and nothing looked to be the same issue.

Sounds like a vacuum leak somewhere. I had a car doing this and it was the actual control head for the ac/heat.

I had the same issue on my 98 GTP and it was the Climate Control Vacuum Valve. Located under the glove box, it's an assembly of relays. Rockauto has them.

I second the vacuum leak. I had one a few months back which caused weak air in all vent locations, no matter what I did.
