After rain storm water on the floor..

My 98' GT has been sitting for some while now ...close to about a year. I finally got it back on the road and I am trying to work out all the kinks! With that said the newest problem is ...after a major rain storm yesterday I woke up to a huge puddle on my passenger side floor.. I briefly checked the weather stripping on the door and it seems alright except for a small spot coming apart near the end of the door... but it's almost exactly the same on the driver side but no water issues there...

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance guys!
 


Awesome...thanks for the quick response guys...so just go to the dealer to buy the part? or would a local part store probably have it in stock?
