Ac high pressure port removal?

Does the high pressure port unscrew from the line or do I need to replace the entire line? Can I use a valve core remover tool? Does auto zone have this?

Auto zone sells a high pressure port that says it fits my car on their website and it looks identical to mine. It looks like it just screws onto the line.

yes it screws in. make sure you support the line while taking it off. I use a cresent wrench to support the line.
