AC fixed, now floorboard is wet again

So I replaced the compressor and got my AC working about 1.5 months ago. I also put on a new drain plug. Up until yesterday condensation was draining great. There was always a nice big puddle of water forming under the car. This morning there was just a tiny little 2" puddle, and the passenger floorboard is wet.

I checked the drain plug and it is attached, and perfectly clear of any debris. I had this problem the last time the AC worked a year ago, but I didn't have the drain plug at that time. Since everything was dry and draining this time I thought that the problem was solved. Now it's back, and I'm afraid I know what the answer is, but can anyone think of anything I can check to fix the problem without having to pull the dash and examine the evaporator case?

I don't understand why it would be draining fine, and then just stop. Maybe some debris in the evap case blocking the drain?

Did you have rain maybe leaking at windshield an coming in.There was a post about leakes on passenger side floor getting wet water comeing in by blower motor

No, it doesn't have to do with the cowl seal. Mine is permanently fixed, and there hasn't been any rain. It's from the evaporator case.
