AC and Heat stopped working in 04 grand prix gt

For some time, whenever I went over a bump it would either start the air or stop the air from coming through the vents (ac and heat). It has recently stopped all together and now you can feel the cold ac but adjusting it does nothing. What could be wrong and how do I fix this problem?
 


Sounds like the blower motor isn't working. Check the wiring to the motor itself. Probably just loose. Might have also popped a fuse for it.
