ABS wheel bearing/hub on non ABS car?

I am working on the left front wheel bearing/hub of my sister in laws 2003 GP. The wheel bearing/hub I bought is an ABS unit. After I took the old one off, I realized her car doesn't have ABS. Can I use the ABS bearing or do I have to take the 40 mile trek to get the right one?

It will work fine, just cut off the abs harness so it does not catch anything. Most of the time the abs bearings are actually cheaper.
