ABS unit repair? cheapabs.com?

Ok, Maybe you can save me some $$.

130k mile 2000 GTP

ABS/TCS light comes on intermittently, mostly during stop-and-go driving. I ohmed-out the wheel sensors, all seemed ok - spun wheels and saw the resistance change.

Took it to ammco and their huge snapon scanner said there were no codes even though the lights were on at the time. Tried with engine on and off.

Someone else on the boards said this usually means bad abs unit. Maybe AAMCO dude didn't know how to use scanner? Maybe the sensors are intermittent and that's why it was ok when I tested?

thanks in advance for any observations!

i have the same issue with my '01 gt approaching the 130,000 mark. its been on for so long and everytime i take it to the shop the light is gone when i get it back but then something else isnt right so ill have to take it back again and when i receive the car with the issue fixed, the lights come back on and pretty much refuse to turn off. beats me dude

I have used cheap-abs.com It is legit. I have a 04' GTP It took me 30 min to remove and reinstall mudual. I was getting a code(CO550). problem solved!
