ABS traction control disabled RF sensor open or shorted

Got a 2004 Bonneville GXP for cheap and trying to get it on the road. Front coil packs (bank) fixed all the misfires. Now trying to get the ABS and stability control issues fixed. Repalced the wheel bearing with a AC/Delco and still have the same code. I have the knock off GM tech II from China reading the codes.

Still shows right front open or shorted code. Is there a schematic of the wiring? The pigtail doesn't look damaged, or cut. Any one have a schematic? Does the wiring for from bearing to the abs control module? I tried testing continuity from bearing to abs module and nothing is connected. Any advice?

I'm speaking under the assumption that the ABS wiring is very similar to the W-Body setup, with the wire harness traveling along the control arm to the hub.

When I ran into this same issue on my 04 Impala, I decided to just replace all of the wiring between the hub assembly and the main harness. Glad I did. The wiring I removed didn't have obvious damage, but it was extremely dry and brittle. It was as if all the plasticizer had migrated out of the wiring. If bent it would snap like a twig. Combined with the normal movement of the LCA, I could see how the wire could easily bind or break in several spots.

I believe dorman sells a piece of harness with the ABS connector and butt connectors, but I just made my own with some fresh wiring and shrink wrap. Used solder and shrink wrap to connect the wiring I cut out, and used the existing wire shielding and clips. Have had no problems since.

Our harness from the wheel bearing back to the frame with all the bends and flexes was bad. The cable did not look dry or cracked at all and had no apparent damage. Thanks for the help

Nothing under this gxp is dry, everything leaks and I think the tranny leaks a lot!
