99 GPGT When I hit my breaks on snow or ice my ABS doesnt seem to be working right. For one thing my brakes are locking up and my I get a bad growling from my brake peddle as is vibrates like hell. I have no ABS lights or any other lights on on the dash. On dry and wet roads the work fine. This just started about a week ago. I have had ABS act up before but never like this and I have never had them lock up unless I pulled the fuse. IM about to pull the ABS fuse on this one but thats not fixing the problem. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does the ABS light come on at startup and then go out on the dashboard? If not, the bulb could be burnt out. Maybe pop the ABS connectors loose at each hub and clean the contact on both ends and see what you get. If they are corroded they could be sending bad/no info to the EBCM.
ABS light comes on at start up and then goes out. no lights while driving except low coolant light but that has bin on since i got the car and thats bin a while. No the ABS is not working the tires are locking up. ABS does suck big time in the snow and ice but i have never experienced ABS acting this way. Is there anything else on the ABS fuse or is it ok to pull it? And one more thing I dont need Viagra my willie works just fine! LOL
