ABS Hum

Every time I move my car after its been off awhile I get this hum noise that sounds like it is in front of the steering wheel. It happens after I put the car in gear and a few seconds after it starts moving. It sounds like a weak abs hum.

Is this normal?
Is it some kind of ABS system check?

I don't have abs lights or anything else happen. It seems like my old gp did this too only the trac light would come on.
 


abs self test, sounds like a dragging rake or a crunch sound. if you touch the brake pedal, like ride it a little bit you can feel it in the pedal.
