ABS and traction off lights are on- 98 Grand Prix GT

Hey, I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on with my car. The ABS and Trac off lights are on. They are not on all the time, but often. I'm hearing a strange noise coming from the back when I am driving slow (when I first go into drive after backing out of my driveway). I am also noticing the brakes act funny when I have to use them in town. It's like they are sticking. I looked this issue up on Google and it pointed to the ABS module. I can get one for about $30 from a junkyard but I'm wondering if that really is the problem. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so how did you fix it? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

could be alot of things, wheel speed sensor will cause it the lights to come on... but usually doesnt affect braking.. if they sticking it very well could be the module.
 
Thanks! I have a couple days off coming up so I think I'll try changing the module. See if that helps, if not I'll have to keep investigating I guess.
 
I dont have any experience with the ABS module, but my ABS light came on and off, ABS would start to kick in (esp, taking 90* turns real slow) then the light was on all the time, basically it was my right front Hub assembly breaking down.
This is a very common issue, you can find many threads (mostly helpful) on here using the search option. But its most likely either Module, or Hub assesmly
