Abs and trac light on after spraying calipers at car wash?

I was washing my car and I sprayed in the wheel wells to get some of the dirt off the calipers and after I left a lil while later the abs and trac off light came on. It came on awhile back but when I turned the car off and back on it did not come back on. Is there something in particular I should be looking for? Which wheel should I be checking??? Thanks guys

Check the speed sensors on the wheels.

the abs sensor is in the hub assembly....those go bad often..can get a wheel bearing and hub online rather cheap.

If not it's a short or damaged wire for the sensor.

Sounds about right postal, I took off my front left wheel and I touched the wires and the light came on immediately. I want to get it scanned but don't have the 65 dollars for an abs scan . Honestly thinking that I should just get an abs scanner myself. How much should the wires cost? Is it difficult to replace?

you can try this, pull the abs plugs, clean it up and the hub side, with electrical cleaner, and smear some di-electrical grease on the ends, and put back together, could be a bad/corroded connection that got worse when it got wet.
