So ive been reading alot of the trhreads about the taillights on our grandprixs. Many have the problem with water and moisture in them.So i decided to go look at mine and sure enough one has at least moisture/water droplets in it.The car sat in the sun all day and did not dry it out.So what i then tried to do was take the tail off, pretty easy.Once off and on the backside within the bulbs area are like 3 small screws,i took those off but they didnt really release anything. What i was trying to do was seperate the outside lens and wipe it dry from the inside.I could not figure out if it separates or not.I was hoping to wipe it down and then put some clear stuff to seal the top better.Any input?

Tint the poo outta them.

/waterpooleffect.

Or just take them off and tilt them different directions until the water comes out?

I hear alot of people say tint, and it does look cool.As far as shaking the water out,its basically droplets of moisture on the inside of lens.Ill be shaking and tilting for hours lol.About the tinting, whats the name of the product for that?

Here's what mine look like:

You need some really fine sand paper, rubbing compound, VHT Niteshades (1 can), and a nice clearcoat (1 can). Looks nice.

yea you can get the whole thing as a package on ebay somewhere....And hippo for some reason your car looks naked... OH thats right you need inlays son..

drill a small hole in the bottom of each light so they vent. right now they are holding the moisture in.

Iceman. Was looking again at the ebay LEDS for sale.If im reading right you are getting the pair(left and right)for that price. Not too bad.

ya it is a pretty sweet price.. That is my future plans for mine.. My tint job was just to make it look ok till i can afford them. Tinting is like $20 or something cheap like that...

yeah.ill probably go tinted myself. And im guessing what BIO is saying is drill a small hole near each bulb housing on the inside part?
