a little afc 2.2 tuning help?

just started doing a little bit of tuning on my car today. heres the mod list:

ported outled m90
ported lim to match
modded 1.9s
s&s headers
3.4 pulley
(and a jp double roller, but that doesnt matter)

im starting to get down my cruise fueling as its usually within 2 or 3 of zero, but going WOT im knocking up to 5* on the top of 2nd. my o2s are around 940 which i believe is slightly on the rich side, but not a bad thing for a street tune. the ltfts lock in around -12 when going WOT, but this doesnt happen until around 9k Hz on the maf.

any suggestions on how to get rid of my knock? -12 ltfts are pulling fuel, correct? so shouldnt i be running rich and getting rid of the knock already? im pretty sure with my mods that i should be able to run a 3.4 no problem, so whats up here.

i have no tuning experience and not very reliable access to a tuner. i cannot seem to get my ls1m to import scans on my laptop either, so im SOL there. i also dont plan on taking my car to the track and i just want to run kr free through the top of second because if im maxing out 3rd im going too fast for the street anyway.

I had those mods and them some. My O2's were around 960. LTFT were within 2. I still got like .7* of knock occasionally. The 3.5 was a better choice on my car when it was rockered.
 
Maybe you'll get lucky, since every car is different. Even with the XP, full intake, exhaust and the usual stuff, I can only run a 3.25 with a good AFR.
