i have a 02 gt with 150,000 miles,is it worth swapping? how hard is the work? Ive never done heads, but from what Ive read its all bolt on. when it says 90 foot pounds + 90* does that mean torque to 90. then turn the wrench 90 degrees?
pretty much i feel confident in doing all the work except the heads...

i don't see the point in having two mufflers.. can i cut one out of the system and run a 2.5 cat-back into a single muffler?
 


You will break or strip a head bolt trying to do 90 plus 90 degrees. Top swap is pretty easy read the thread on here about it.
You can run a single muffler but it would look retarded with two holes in your bumper.
 
Ive read the thread on it .. any photo or video tutorials? i know those are not the right torque specs... I'm just trying to figure out if thats how its done.. x foot pounds + y *... does this mean torque to x and turn as many degrees as y? and as for the exhaust........ it may look "retarded" to you, but to me it looks like less weight on my heavy car...
