Here we go......
1. Has anyone ever fabricated a Double Din for a 97-03....thinking of a AVHP4200DVD head unit. I think it can be done? I don't want to do a flip out and lose 2 vents. Oversized face would crowd the HVAC controls, but want a 7" screen.
2. Do I bypass the Bose system, or get a PAC piece to integrate a aftermarket head unit with the Bose system.
3. Can I replace the Bose speakers with any other aftermarket speaker with no modifications, if all I want to do is replace the speakers with some MB Quarts?
4. How hard is it to gut out the Bose system and start from scratch?
I also have the hook up on A LOT of different car audio products. Your help is greatly appreciated.
