a/c not working and heat not switching to floor help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

need help. my heat doesnt switch to the floor and the a/c dont work. everything under the hood works it just wont go through the firewall. is it the blend door actuator that is preventing this?
 


Either that or you have a bad HVAC head (vacuum leak). What do you mean by the "AC doesn't work"?? Does it blow cold just not through the vents, or do you not get cold air at all. Also, post what type of climate control you have (manual 3 knob, dual zone). If the A/C isn't cold then I would start by checking to see if the system is full of freon. If not, then charge it and see what you get. May have a leak somewhere.
