A/C not blowing cold

I have a 99 grand Prix GT that I'm having problems with the a/c. I charged the ac and my blower is running but no cold air. I can get air out of the floor, the vent, and the defrost but I can't get cold air. My ac circuit is running fine but Im wondering if it is a mised air damper issue. I have dual climate control and I know both sides of the car have dampers but Im wondering if there is another one by the heater core and evaporator? any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you getting hot air? or warm outside air?

is the clutch on the compressor turning when the a/c is on, as well as both fans turning on when the a/c is on?

im thinking blend door actuators or low freon. if the clutch is not engaging.

Yes the clutch is engaging. I checked the pressures and the compressor is running fine. Im just getting warm air. I believe my fresh air damper is working bc I hear the pitch of the blower change when I turn it to recirculate.

next step is the blend door actuator.

if you take this little bastard off and turn that small knob it sits over one way or another, you get full heat or full a/c. ( on that side only) driver side is fun to get to. you need to take off the plastic under the wheel, by your knees, then the steel knee bolster, 4 bolts i think, and the foot cover by your feet. if you look threw the front with a light you can kinda see this thing. it has 2 very small bolts that hold it in and they are kinda hard to get to, i used a nut driver to get the bolts out. the only real reason to take all that stuff off the front side, is so you can see what you are doing, you reach up from underneath to get to it.

truth be told, mine are unplugged for a year now, i take it off and turn the knob where i need it, hot or cold, and then slide the actuator back on, no bolts, it stays put for me. im to cheap to buy another one. so im all jerry rigged lol

thanks for the info. Im all about rigging. so the car only has two door acuators. There isnt a main one by the evaporator and heater core? I just figured what are the odds for both of them to mess up at the same time.
