99 GTP p/s whine at idle?

My car has started a wonderful whining noise while idling. It sounds like its a power steering issue. Fluid level is good and no steering issues... any clue?

power steering normally whines only when youre turning. check the idler pulleys.

It does it while driving as well. I know p/s usually only does it when turning its just a different noise than the last time I replaced idler pulley.

alternators whine as well when the bearing starts to wear out.

anything with a bearing can whine. Check all the pulleys and belt.
