'98 SE L36, no fuel pressure while cranking

Just picked up a '98 SE today and can't get it running. Known good items are the pump (from my '97 GTP), FPR, injectors, and the relay/fuse. MAF, MAP, and IAC are also good. Pump primes normal, have pressure at the schrader valve, then once you start cranking, no more pressure. Also swapped out PCMs and programmed for the car, no luck. Any help is appreciated, running out of ideas.

Oh yeah, pulled the fuel rail and no fuel from the injectors while cranking.
