I got a 98 grand prix gtp and it died out on me and it doesnt start anymore has no spark and dont know wat is wrong with its can anyone helo me out here?

No spark at all? Did you pull all the plugs and wires and check each cyl. for spark?
does the car spin over at all?
If you have no spark at all, it's probably a bad ICM (Ignition Control Module). It's the plate that the coil packs sit on top of. Also check to make sure that the wiring harness plug that goes into the ICM (just infront of and under the coils packs) is plugged in, and no wires are broken. Same with the Connector between the ICM harness and the main harness. (Big bulky connector infront of the fuel rail, just to the right of the coil packs)
