98 gtp no fuel no spark

Got gas this morning car wouldn't start. .no fuel pressure so I replaced the pump. .nothing. .the relays and fuses are all good.i turn the key forward all the lights come on the dash,fuel pump doesn't energize and I checked for spark while cranking. I noticed the security light was flashing. .please help ASAP please

when ever i had to do a relearn the car dont crank at all. aka dead key. and that was only after flashing a new pcm to my car.

OK thanks forgot to mention not sure this will matter but I installed a remote start keyless entry about a month ago, it's not my first time doing a remote start n have never encountered any problems after s remote start install. .I took the remote start module clear out today also nothing changed same crank no spark or gas

Do I have to use that procedure or can I do this with a snap on solus ultra scanner? ?
